Grandes olhos

Gentem, acho que o Tim Burton perdeu a mão depois que se separou...

Nos anos 1950, uma mulher foge do marido e carrega a filha para a costa oeste americana. Lá, sobrevive pintando berços numa fábrica e vendendo retratos numa feira de artesanato.

E como sempre tem um chinelo velho para um pé doente, um charlatão é atraído pelo talento da pintora e aí começa o calvário (de novo) de se desvencilhar de mais outro picareta na vida.

Dureza que é uma história real - quantas pessoas se submetem a um relacionamento doentio!

Abrem mão de quem elas são, dos relacionamentos...

A segunda parte do filme é tacanha que não dá para acreditar (agride a inteligência do espectador).

De qq jeito, vale para conferir a atuação primorosa de Amy Adams ; ).

Dois dias, uma noite

Estava de olho neste filme desde a Mostra Internacional (amo tudo o que os irmãos Dardenne fazem e a presença da intensa e talentosa Marion Cotillard é programaço na certa, apesar das críticas) rsrsr.

Uma mulher casada, com dois filhos pequenos, está com depressão e parece ser vítima de um complô no trabalho. A chefia imediata quer se desfazer dela em troca de um bônus de 1.000 euros aos funcionários que apoiarem sua dispensa.

O marido de Sandra e uma amiga se mobilizam para reverter essa decisão. Eles tem apenas um final de semana para visitar os funcionários e convencê-los a abrir mão do dinheiro em troca de seu pronto retorno.

O que achei tocante:

• a depressão como sensibilidade das únicas pessoas que enxergam a realidade como ela é;
• a imposição e pressão da família (que me pergunto se ajuda ou se atrapalha);
• a dificuldade como farol que denuncia o que as pessoas são de verdade (egoístas, canalhas, generosas e por aí vai);
• o final surpreendente.

Para ver, emocionar e sair do cinema de alma lavada.

Guerra mundial Z

Apesar de ser a maior bilheteria de Brad Pitt, achei uma viagem completa (enfim)...

 

O mundo é tomado por um vírus em que os infectados transformam-se em zumbis e atacam pessoas. 

Um homem de família recebe a missão de proteger um cientista de 23 anos, capaz de descobrir a cura. 

A missão passa pela Coréia do Sul, Israel e Europa e, por meio de observações, o militar faz associações capazes de neutralizar a propagação do vírus. 

O que achei interessante:

• o dilema ocidental do utilitarismo: só ajudo se vc estiver contribuindo para o projeto; 
• a incapacidade ocidental de manter promessas (a palavra de uma pessoa não vale nada);
• a inabilidade de aplicação prática dos cientistas teóricos; 
• às vezes é melhor perder o braço do que o corpo inteiro; 
• a fraqueza que na verdade é força.

Birdman

Nosso, mó soco no estômago rsrsrs.

O filme é editado de uma maneira surpreendente como se fosse um longa sem cortes.

Para isto, o segredo do diretor foi contar com  um elenco afiado, com interpretações extraordinárias para segurar as cenas.

A história é de um realismo fantástico que confunde (você não sabe se é delírio do personagem ou se ele realmente tem uma capacidade sensorial fora de série).

Os diálogos são de uma crueza que encantam pela sinceridade.

Resumo: visita obrigatória, tem de ver.
